Service Delivery & Client Responsibilities
Effective and updated: August 6, 2026
This Policy defines how remote content planning work is scoped, scheduled, reviewed, and delivered, and what information and decisions the client must provide for the service to proceed.
1. Delivery model
Stagequill Media provides services remotely. Consultations are conducted through an agreed online communication method. Planning deliverables are supplied digitally through an email attachment, shared document, downloadable file, or another mutually approved online channel.
No physical goods, printing, in-person production, account management, or on-site implementation are included unless expressly confirmed in a separate written agreement.
2. Service-specific deliverables
Content Strategy Consultation
A focused online session addressing the client’s stated content goals, audience, formats, and channels. The service may include concise follow-up notes when stated in the confirmation. It does not include a complete calendar or long-form strategy document unless separately purchased.
Monthly Content Calendar
A one-month planning document containing organized topic directions, suggested formats, and a recommended sequence or schedule. It does not include writing, design, publishing, account access, or performance monitoring.
Content Topic Research
A structured set of topic directions based on the confirmed audience, business context, and intended platform. It is planning research, not academic, legal, medical, financial, or regulated professional research.
Audience & Content Direction
A planning brief identifying relevant audience segments, thematic directions, and suitable content types. It does not constitute market research with statistical sampling and does not guarantee audience behavior.
Website Content Planning
A plan for the purpose and content structure of up to the confirmed number of website pages. The listed service covers up to five pages. It does not include website code, page design, search-engine implementation, complete page copy, legal text, or publishing.
Social Media Content Plan
A one-month plan for one confirmed social platform, including themes, formats, and publishing sequence. It does not include posting, comment moderation, direct-message handling, advertising, influencer outreach, account recovery, or platform guarantees.
3. Project start
Work begins after the project is confirmed, required payment clears, and the required inputs are received. If those events occur on different dates, the latest date controls. A tentative delivery estimate may be revised when inputs arrive later than expected or are incomplete.
4. Client intake
The client must provide information reasonably necessary for the selected service. Depending on scope, requested inputs may include:
- business or brand description and primary offering;
- content objective and intended audience;
- selected website pages or social platform;
- existing topic ideas, content examples, or channel links;
- brand voice, prohibited claims, and required approvals;
- available internal resources and intended publishing frequency;
- relevant deadlines, campaigns, launches, or operational constraints; and
- a designated person authorized to provide consolidated decisions.
The client must distinguish verified facts from assumptions and must identify regulated, sensitive, or legally restricted subject matter before work begins.
5. Accuracy and lawful rights
The client is responsible for the accuracy of business facts, product descriptions, prices, claims, audience information, and materials it provides. The client represents that it has the right to provide and authorize use of submitted text, images, brand materials, research, links, and other references.
Stagequill Media may rely on client-supplied information and is not required to independently audit every statement. Material errors or rights concerns may require a pause, revised scope, or removal of affected material.
6. Communication
Each party should use the agreed project communication method and provide reasonably prompt responses. The client should keep contact information current and identify a decision maker. Instructions from multiple client representatives may be paused until the client provides one consolidated direction.
A project update is not an emergency support channel. Response and review timing is measured in business days, excluding weekends and United States federal holidays, unless a project document states otherwise.
7. Delivery estimates
A standard delivery estimate will be stated in the project confirmation when relevant. The time needed depends on scope, client response, research requirements, revisions, and current availability. Estimates are planning targets rather than guaranteed deadlines unless a written agreement expressly states a binding deadline.
An accelerated request is subject to availability and may require an additional fee. A late client input may make an accelerated or fixed date unavailable.
8. Review and acceptance
The client must review a delivered file for scope, factual accuracy, brand suitability, platform fit, and internal approval. Unless a project document states another period, the client should provide one consolidated response within five business days after delivery.
A revision request must identify the specific section, the issue, and the change required under the approved brief. Fragmented feedback, new objectives, additional pages, additional platforms, or a replaced direction may be treated as additional work.
If no response is received within the review period, the deliverable may be treated as accepted for scheduling, closure, and invoicing purposes. This does not eliminate a remedy required by law.
9. Revisions
Only the revision opportunity stated in the confirmed scope is included. A revision aligns the existing work with the original brief. It does not restart research, replace the audience, change the platform, add a calendar period, add pages, or require a different deliverable.
Stagequill Media will correct a confirmed production error that directly conflicts with the accepted scope when it is reported during the review period.
10. Client implementation
The client decides whether, when, and how to implement a recommendation. Before publication, the client must verify facts, claims, offers, dates, links, rights, legal disclosures, and platform requirements. The client must obtain any legal, compliance, financial, medical, or other regulated professional review relevant to its industry.
The client is responsible for writing or approving final content, unless writing is expressly included. The client is also responsible for design, publishing, account security, moderation, advertising, tracking, and performance measurement unless separately agreed.
11. Deliverable format and access
A deliverable may be provided as a PDF, document, spreadsheet-style calendar, presentation-style planning file, or another practical format selected for the scope. Editable source access is included only if stated. A client should download and retain the final file promptly.
Shared links may expire or be removed after the project closes. Stagequill Media is not a permanent archive or backup provider. Working files and drafts may be deleted after the applicable review and record-retention period.
12. Third-party platforms
Recommendations may refer to websites, social platforms, scheduling tools, analytics services, or search systems. Those parties control their own interfaces, algorithms, rules, availability, and enforcement. A platform change may make a recommendation less useful after delivery and does not by itself make the delivered planning service defective.
13. Delays and pauses
A project may be paused for missing payment, missing input, unclear authority, conflicting instructions, unlawful material, security concerns, abusive conduct, or a client-requested hold. The schedule will be recalculated based on availability when the issue is resolved.
Client delay exceeding ten business days may release reserved project time. Client inactivity exceeding thirty calendar days may result in administrative closure after reasonable notice. Restarting may require updated information, a new estimate, or a new fee.
14. Confidential and sensitive information
The client should provide only the minimum non-public information necessary. Passwords, card data, government identifiers, private health records, and unrelated personal information must not be submitted. If temporary access to a third-party resource is ever separately agreed, the client should use a secure, revocable method and remove access after use.
15. Boundaries of advice
Content planning is not legal, financial, medical, tax, investment, employment, cybersecurity, or other regulated professional advice. Stagequill Media does not determine whether a client’s final claims, promotions, disclosures, targeting, or publication comply with every law or platform rule.
16. Results
No particular traffic, ranking, reach, engagement, conversion, revenue, lead volume, audience growth, or platform outcome is guaranteed. Results depend on implementation quality, offer, timing, competition, budget, platform conditions, audience behavior, and other factors outside the planning service.
17. Completion and closure
A project is complete when the confirmed final deliverable and included revision, if any, have been provided, or when the review period expires without a timely revision request. Remaining balances become due as stated in the invoice. Later additions are treated as a new request.
18. Recordkeeping
Project confirmations, key approvals, invoices, delivery records, and material communications may be retained for legitimate business and legal purposes. The client should maintain its own authoritative copy of supplied materials, approvals, and final deliverables.
19. Changes to this policy
This Policy may be updated prospectively. A confirmed project remains governed by the delivery and responsibility terms accepted for that project unless the parties agree otherwise or mandatory law requires a change.
20. Contact
A delivery question should include the client name, project reference, relevant deliverable, and a concise explanation.
